LiPo Safety Bag: Fire-Resistant Sack with Hook-and-Loop Flap

W. Bruce's fire-resistant container (US 2008/0290094, 2008) for devices with lithium batteries: a sack of fire-resistant fabric, such as aramid, with a flap over its open end held by a hook-and-loop strip. If a battery overheats, catches fire or bursts, the sack keeps the fire from spreading to what is around it. Body, flap and strap are all of the fire-resistant fabric. The application gives no sizes or seams; those are ours. It covers storing and carrying, not charging. The picture: the application's Figs. 3a-b.
