Oil pressed from the seeds of Camellia oleifera or Camellia sinensis (tea plant). A light, non-greasy oil with a high smoke point (~250°C), traditionally used in Chinese and Japanese cooking, as a furniture polish, and as a rust-preventive coating for carbon steel tools and blades.
