Print in white to match bone. White ABS sands well and can be acetone-vapour-smoothed to a bone-like finish, but it needs a heated bed and an enclosure — white PLA is easier without one. Scale to about 150 mm tall, 0.2 mm layers, 15 percent infill, supports under the orbits and the thin facial bone.
