Crucible Tongs Forged with Curved Jaws
Crucible tongs are scissor-like tongs whose arms curve outward near the ends, so the jaws close round a crucible. Long handles keep the hands away from the heat. Forge two iron reins, curve the jaws to fit your crucible, punch the pivot and rivet them together.
