Rubbing Alcohol 70 %: Isopropanol Made Up with Water

Isopropyl rubbing alcohol is about 70 % pure isopropanol by volume in water, used to clean and disinfect. Measure the 99 % alcohol, add water up to the full volume, and bottle it. It is volatile and flammable: keep it away from flames. The picture: our diagram, 707 mL of 99 % isopropanol made up to 1000 mL.
