Glass Cullet: Scrap Glass Sorted, Cleaned and Broken

Cullet is scrap glass broken up to melt again. It saves energy, because the raw materials in it have already been melted once. Glass keeps its colour, so sort by colour; take out labels, caps, stones and ceramics, and keep out heat-resistant glass, which spoils the melt. The picture: washed, sorted cullet, a coin for scale.
