Bismuthinite ore — bismuth sulfide (Bi₂S₃), a lead-grey mineral that is the primary ore of bismuth. Bismuth is used in low-melting alloys, pharmaceuticals (Pepto-Bismol), and as a lead substitute in shot and solder. One of the least toxic heavy metals.
