We are NOT a seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or party to any transaction. We assume ZERO liability for products listed, items produced from blueprints, intellectual property matters, patents, trademarks, copyrights, or any legal compliance issues. All responsibility rests entirely with individual users.

A legal or IP advisor
A quality control inspector
A product safety certifier
A compliance verification service
An insurance provider
A dispute arbitrator (beyond mediation)
The contract for sale of any products is directly between the seller and buyer. Youblob facilitates the technology for this connection but is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any transaction.

4. User Responsibilities (100% User's Responsibility)
By using Youblob, you acknowledge that YOU are solely and entirely responsible for:
Verifying you have all rights to content you share
Ensuring no IP, patents, or trademarks are infringed
Product quality, safety, and accuracy
Legal compliance in all applicable jurisdictions
Export/import regulations and restrictions
Tax collection, reporting, and payment
Customer service, fulfillment, and shipping
Returns, refunds, and warranties
Insurance and product liability coverage
Certifications and safety standards
Your use of blueprints downloaded from the platform
Items you manufacture from any blueprint
5. Intellectual Property - Your Responsibility
Your IP Obligations and Warranties:
- • You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload or sell
- • You are solely responsible for verifying that no patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights are infringed
- • You indemnify Youblob against any and all IP-related claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content
- • Youblob has no obligation to review, verify, or approve IP status before any listing goes live
- • You acknowledge that Youblob is a neutral technology platform and does not provide IP advice
Important Notice:
Youblob does NOT review, verify, or take any responsibility for the intellectual property status of any content on the platform. Any IP disputes are strictly between the parties involved. Youblob will cooperate with valid legal processes but assumes no liability in IP matters.
6. Open Innovation & CC0 Philosophy
Collaboration Around Ideas
Youblob is built on open innovation principles. We believe knowledge should be shared freely to accelerate human progress. Published blueprints are CC0 (public domain) - free for anyone to use, modify, and build upon.

7. Indemnification Agreement
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless Youblob AS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Youblob platform in any capacity
- Any products, services, or blueprints you list, sell, or share
- Any intellectual property, patent, trademark, or copyright claims
- Violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Products manufactured using blueprints from the platform
- Any harm, injury, or damage caused by products or blueprints
- Disputes with other users, customers, or third parties
8. Platform Fees
Youblob charges minimal fees for providing the technology platform services:

9. Dispute Resolution
Important:
Youblob may offer voluntary mediation but is NOT a party to disputes and assumes no liability for their outcome. All disputes are ultimately between the parties involved.

10. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Norway
- Disputes involving Youblob AS are subject to Norwegian jurisdiction
- Users consent to arbitration in Norway for platform-related disputes
- Transaction disputes between users are governed by applicable laws of their jurisdictions
