- • An escrow or guarantee service
- • A legal or IP advisor
2. Liability Disclaimer - READ CAREFULLY
YOUBLOB AS ASSUMES ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY FOR:
Products listed on the platform
Items manufactured from blueprints
Quality, safety, or legality of products
Intellectual property infringements
Patent violations or claims
Copyright or trademark issues
Export/import regulation violations
Tax compliance failures
Product liability claims
Personal injury or property damage
Business losses or damages
Any disputes between users
By using Youblob, you acknowledge that YOU are solely responsible for all aspects of your activities on the platform, including but not limited to legal compliance, intellectual property verification, product safety, and tax obligations.
3. Your Responsibilities (100% Yours)
As a user of Youblob, you are entirely responsible for:
Verifying you have rights to sell/share content
Ensuring products don't infringe IP/patents
Product quality, safety, and accuracy
Legal compliance in your jurisdiction
Export/import regulations
Tax collection and reporting
Customer service and support
Fulfillment and shipping
Returns and refunds
Insurance and liability coverage
4. Intellectual Property & Patents
Your IP Obligations:
- • You warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload
- • You are responsible for verifying no patents, copyrights, or trademarks are infringed
- • You indemnify Youblob against any IP-related claims arising from your content
- • Youblob has no obligation to verify IP rights before listing
Notice: Youblob is a neutral platform. We do not review, verify, or take responsibility for the intellectual property status of any content. Any IP disputes are strictly between the parties involved.
5. Open Innovation Principles
CC0 Philosophy - Collaboration Platform
Youblob is built on open innovation and collaboration around ideas. By publishing blueprints, you acknowledge they become CC0 (public domain). This is your choice to participate in open knowledge sharing.

- • Only share what you have rights to

Youblob charges minimal fees for providing the technology platform:

7. Prohibited Items & Activities
The following may NOT be listed on Youblob:
Illegal goods or services
Counterfeit products
Stolen property or designs
Content infringing others' IP (without rights)
Weapons and explosives
Hazardous materials
Fraudulent listings
Spam or misleading content
Note: While Youblob prohibits these items, we do not actively verify all listings. Users who encounter violations should report them. Youblob reserves the right to remove content but assumes no liability for content that remains.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Youblob AS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Products or blueprints you list or sell
- Any IP, patent, or trademark claims related to your content
- Violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Products manufactured using blueprints from the platform
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Norwegian law
- Disputes are subject to Norwegian jurisdiction
- Users consent to arbitration in Norway
