Clear Porcelain Glaze: Feldspar, Whiting, Kaolin and Flint, Binns 1910
Charles Binns's simplest porcelain glaze (The Potter's Craft, 1910): feldspar 167, whiting 70, kaolin 52 and flint 108 parts, ground fine with water. It fires clear and bright on porcelain at cone 10 to 12 in a reducing fire, and Binns says the same glaze also serves for stoneware.
