Borosilicate Measuring Jug with a Pulled Handle

A measuring jug is a wide glass beaker with a pouring spout, a handle and volume marks; in borosilicate it takes boiling liquids. Make the body as for a beaker from wide tube, fuse on a handle drawn from thick rod, anneal, and mark it by weighing water. The picture: an old glass measuring cup with its handle applied hot and a stamped seal (Metropolitan Museum of Art).
