Cut a hand-sized block about 3 cm wide, 12 cm long and 3 cm thick. Draw the side view of the animal on the wood, carve it out with a knife and sand it smooth. Drill holes in the sides of the body for the wheels, and holes where the ears, horns and tail will go.

Cut 4 round wooden discs 3 cm across and drill a hole in the centre of each. Shave round axles thinner than the holes in the body. Push the axles through the body, put glue on the axle ends, and press the wheels on firmly.
