Zinc Sheet Cast as a Plate and Hammered Warm
Zinc melts at about 420 °C. It is hard and brittle at most temperatures but malleable between 100 and 150 °C. Cast zinc into a thin plate, keep it at that warmth on a sand bath, and hammer it out into sheet.
